They've been a part of our lives for as long as we can remember — after school, with friends, at family outings, or just because you felt like having a plate.
But over time, we noticed that something we all loved had developed a bad reputation because of poor hygiene and inconsistent practices across the market.
We felt there was an opportunity to do it differently.
Gappe started with a simple idea: take the product people already love and give it a better experience.
